I am doing research for a start-up company. The company has not launched as we are still developing the Business Model. I need to interview Visual Artists (artists that create art that can be hung up and displayed on walls and galleries such as photography, painters, multimedia, illustrators, drawings, printmaking, designs, etc) to gain some insight on what it's like to be an artist and specific challenges that they have. We are providing this as research for a start-up company so they can insert in the findings their business plan in order to launch, and the interviews may be later used for a blog or articles. So the artists needs to approve with being interviewed PRIOR to the interview. I need an agent to provide leads (contact name, phone number and email address) and make outbound calls to the leads. We will provide the agent with the survey questions. Specifically, the perfect agent will have an extensive network of artists and can let them know that they have a client who is starting a new business and needs to perform a survey. The goal is the find out what challenges do artists face in getting their art exposed and sold? What tools would help them? And we have specific questions about our business services to see if they would be helpful to artists. And how have local businesses worked with them to expose and sell their art. We will provide the survey/interview questions to ask the artist. There is NO SELLING involved. You ask questions, they provide the answers. Approximately 10-20 questions are in the survey/interview. Agent will PRE-SET/PRE-SCHEDULE the interview so as to have everyone's permission PRIOR to interviewing them because these interviews are being used for company research as well as may be used for a future blog and articles for our company. Therefore, we need to have their permission and these cannot be cold calls. Agent will provide the leads to make calls from their own network of artists. You need to have a minimum of 30-60 artists to interview. You will provide me with a minimum 30-60 artists fully completed surveys, Google Sheets to update the spreadsheet with the artist name, phone number, email address and website address, and a recorded interview. Interviews should only take 5 minutes. At the most 10 minutes. So, 5-10 minutes per interview. This means that the agent should average completing 6-12 interviews per hour. The project is 5 Hours per week / 1-week Duration. This includes 4 hours for the interview and 1-hour admin so that you can pre-set and pre-schedule your interview times so that your interviewees are available at the time you call. This can be done around your schedule. You will provide me with your schedule so that I am aware as to what time you will be on the phones and interview artists throughout the week. You will interview/survey artists when both you and them are available.
