You will be setting appointment for homeowners for a free roof inspection to have our contractor check their roof for hail or storm damage and fill out a short web form and work from our dialer
Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting qualified agents that would answer YES to the questions below:
• Do you have Outbound Appointment Setting Experience in Dealing with People over The Phone?
• Do you have a "Clear" Phone Voice, Alligator Skin and a High Level of Dependability?
• Do you have an Outgoing and Energetic Personality with a Positive and Winning Attitude?
• Do you have the Confidence to Represent Yourself and the Company in a Professional Manner?
• Are you able to commit to 8 hours per day?
We are looking for committed and dependable agents to work 8 actual hours per day, 5 days a week,
Requirements:
• A strong understanding of advertising & marketing.
• The applicant should be a people person who enjoys working with others and effectively builds strong relationships.
• High-Speed Internet Connection and a USB Headset!! You must have Skype Downloaded & installed and have basic knowledge of PDF forms.
Required Experience:
• Sales: 1 year
• Appointment Scheduling: 1 year
• Telemarketing: 1 year
• Lead Generation: 1 year
• Cold Calls: 1 year
• English Required Language
Working Hour:
Monday to Friday 9:00AM EST-8:00PM EST
***A PRE-QUALIFIED APPOINTMENT IS WHEN YOU MEET ALL CRITERIA AND TERMS FOR THE CONTRACTOR'S REQUIREMENTS BEFORE SETTING APPOINTMENT YOU MUST ASK EACH HOMEOWNER IS THERE DAMAGE TO THE ROOF OR HOME ON EACH CALL. AND FILLING OUT ALL THE QUESTIONS ON A SHORT WEB-FORM AND PDF FORM. AFTER THE LICENSED ROOFING INSPECTOR INSPECTS THE ROOF FOR STORM DAMAGE AND MAKES THE FINAL DETERMINATION IF LEAD IS QUALIFIED. HOMEOWNER MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE APPOINTMENT.***
Reps who have Solar or Home Improvement Experience do very well!! An Experienced agent should be able to book 1-2 inspections an hour.
