You will be working for a rapidly growing Real Estate Company with a highly selective culture that will train you to become the perfect salesperson on the phone. We are looking for people who preferably have experience selling or buying Real Estate in the past and that have a typing speed of at least 50 WPM for taking notes

Not everyone has the discipline to sit (or stand) for 5 hours a day and make 200 phone calls. But you’re different from the average person. You are a competitive and driven, results oriented individual who realizes that every No brings you closer to a Yes, that perseverance is the most crucial ingredient for success in life, and that success in sales will spill over into all other areas of life. You will have conversations with homeowners in Jersey City using our proven script as an outline to generate leads and set up appointments with our executive team, which is looking to acquire more properties in the highly competitive Jersey City Market. We will teach you skills that go far beyond just a mere job and you will be personally trained by some of the best mentors you will ever find. We have taken shy, awkward people with zero natural talent in sales and turned them into absolute superstars on the phone. We have already gone through the long, arduous process of testing material from every single sales book, sales video, and sales training program out there and picking out tiny gold nuggets from each to combine into a powerful working system that will guarantee results from our team members, so long as they are willing to adapt. A GOOD COMMAND OF SPOKEN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED as the main focus of the job involves reaching out to American homeowners. As most work will be performed online via Podio, A BASIC FAMILIARITY WITH WORKING IN PODIO IS REQUIRED

Training:
• 1 Week Training Period – you will master the art of sales and learn how to control the flow of conversations to help out people who are looking to sell their homes
• Extensive Procedure Documentation – There is already formal procedure documentation for every step of the phone call, used by the CEO and founders of the company to deliver proven results. No need to re-invent the wheel, simply follow the script.
• One on One Coaching to shore up any weaknesses – Formal one on one training via Skype and Podio Live Chat to address any case by case scenarios that may arise.

Requirements - At least 1-2 years of proved experience in Cold Calling, Virtual Assistance, Telemarketing, Appointment Setting (references to contact previous employer will be required + test) - Self-motivated, details oriented, self-managed, team player - Excellent interpersonal skills - Mandatory: excellent English, both written and spoken - Advantage: Other languages: Spanish - Availability: +20 hours per week * The company is seeking for long-term employees. In case of success, a long term position will be offered incl. monthly salary and working conditions. Any personal introduction videos would be highly appreciated. All submissions must go on skype for an interview with a mock client
