We're seeking 2 talented appointment setters to join our team. We're a real estate investment company who helps motivated homeowners sell their house quickly for cash.

You must have fantastic English speaking skills



Your job will be to call homeowners to see if they are interested in selling. You will follow the script we give you and if they are qualified, set an appointment for our acquisitions manager who will go to the home and meet the seller in person. Once you qualify the homeowner and set the appointment, your work is done for that lead!



You're paid a weekly salary and given a bonus for deals we close.


Weekly salary starts at $75 per week + $100 bonus for each deal we close from your call.

We are a U.S. real estate investment company that is looking to a hire a dedicated and talented appointment setter (also known as cold calling for appointments). This job will be part-time for approximately 20 hours a week. This is a sales-oriented position where we require EXCELLENT English communication skills. The right person should possess the natural ability to strike conversations with the prospect without being intimidated quickly. We will provide an outline/script, but it is only a guideline. Your primary responsibility is to convert leads into appointments for real estate investment opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills
Able to overcome objections
Work hours are limited to EST (4/5 days a week with minimum 4 hours from 10 am to 6 pm)
Real estate experience
Fast internet connection and a quiet environment
Customer Relationship Management experience is a BONUS
Competitive Market Analysis experience is a BONUS
Research and lead generation experience is a BONUS
