We run a boutique consultancy selling consulting and decision support services to healthcare companies. We are looking for telesales person. We intend to work with few 'right persons' on a regular basis. In the past, we have worked with right people for 2 year. This job is advertised for less than a week and is meant to assess callers and mutual fit. We would extend this for the right person.
Role
Calling prospects to see if they are interested in our services, fixing telecon appointments, following up those with whom we have been in touch and where we submitted proposals. We will provide a list of contacts, would brief you, give you a basic script and share the prospecting email.
Person
Client centric, proficient telephone and IT skills, make things happen, basic understanding of life sciences or ability to quickly grasp things, honest and diligent. Make things happen and good client sense and client's interest are required.
Execution
You need to talk to targets. We expect 3-5 hours a week spread across the week- usually 1 hr per day. You communicate with us in real-time, update the contacts list and send this back at the end of the day. Use Odialer to make calls to the US and X-lite to call Europe, and be available for chat on Skype in real time. Number of calls made per hour and number of meetings generated are the key performance indicators.
Please do not apply if you don't deliver work after accepting, don't follow instructions, are not efficient 'real time' communicator, not IT savvy, fabricate answers, make excuses, don't show up, lie etc. The rate for the role is mentioned in the advert, so apply only if you are willing to work at that rate. Bonus- for good candidate, we would ask you to attend the meeting over the phone and we would pay for those hours too
