My name is Sam and I am looking to hire a part time Outbounder to reach out to sellers and collect information to be passed on to our acquisitions team. Currently I am only looking to hire someone for 10 hours a week, but this could turn into a full-time position if the results are good.
We are a small real estate investment company located in Southern California. We contact owners of distressed properties and offer them a cash offer to purchase their homes.
Your job will include:
- Cold calling a provided list of potentially motivated sellers using our dialer system, Calltools.
- Prequalifying the lead by obtaining the 4 pillars of pre-qualification (Condition of the home, Motivation, Timeline to sell, and Price).
- Pushing qualified leads to the tracking system to be followed up by our acquistion team.
- Weekly/bi-weekly Skype calls with manager to ensure quality results.

Great Verbal Skills - Must speak speak and understand english fluently and sound natural doing so.
