We are a real estate acquisition and investment company that is looking for an experienced representative to text and call property owners and personal representatives of estates. The purpose of the phone call is to identify those who are going to (or considering) selling their property in the next 180 days. Obviously we want to encourage them to sell sooner however once we determine someone is interested we offer several options for them.
1. Use list of property owners to call and ask questions.
2. Determine the level of motivation and time frame of their sale.
3. Request that those who are interested set an appointment to speak with myself or directly set an appointment to view the property and prepare an offer
It is pretty self explanatory and we offer scripts, live call training, objection handling and rather than looking at this as a "sales and lead generation" tool, we position it more as a survey so its a casual conversation.
