Real estate business originator

Looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and native English ability to join our growing real estate investments team.

Unlike other cold calling jobs, there is a low rejection rate here, as most of those you contact actually want to speak with you!

As a business origination specialist, your duties will include cold calling and following up with real estate agents, property owners, and developing business relationships for our company.

Earning potentials is high five-figures to six-figures annually. This is an on-going, long term project.

The ideal candidate needs to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, native English level, be passionate about achievement, and takes ownership of the sales process for maximum effectiveness. This person also needs to be detail oriented, reliable and a self starter.


Caller needs to be able to:
1. Contact real estate agents ( and property owners) on the list we provide
2. Ask them questions on the script
3. Jot down information of the conversation with agent
4. Enter data in our CRM system

Candidate requirement:

Please provide an audio recording of about 1-2 minutes talking about your communication skills
Excellent communication skills
Native English speaker
Basic computer skills, including basic knowledge of Excel
Be able to call M-F 10am - 8pm California, PST (up to 40 hours per week). Note: If you need to take breaks during this period, or need to start a bit later or end a bit earlier, we can work with that.
Previous experience in either cold calling, sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms

Further details will be provided. Position has base salary + bonus for each transaction, earning potentials is in high five-figures to six-figures annually

This is a work from home opportunity.

We'll provide the contact list with phone numbers and the script and dialer software.
