Recruitment - Headhunting

We are looking for 1 - 3 outbounders to conduct a headhunting exercise.

This involves headhunting doctors in Australia and trying to obtain a personal contact number so our consultants can speak to them about job opportunities.

You will be making the calls and leaving messages then answering incoming calls from doctors when they are free and asking for the personal contact number plus the best time to contact them to discuss roles.

All details will be provided for the approach call and the doctors to headhunt.

Experience with recruitment campaigns and sourcing candidates would be beneficial.

Excellent spoken and written English is required as the doctors will all speak English.

This role will initially be 4 hours per day, Monday - Friday for 1 month and if the outbounder is successful it will lead to an ongoing appointment.
