Cold Caller / Real Estate

As an agent they will be cold calling people to see if they are willing to sell their home to us for LESS THAN MARKET VALUE. We pay all the closing costs, can close quickly, and offer many different solutions to purchasing their home but we need to buy at less than market value so that we can rehab and flip the property. The agent will get paid per property we get under contract, regardless or not if we actually close on it. They will send qualified leads to us and each property we get under contract to purchase they will be compensated for.
