REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER /APPOINTMENT SETTER

We are seeking a Cold Caller to join our Top Producing Real Estate team within Rise Real Estate Group!

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and reliable, responsible for calling prospective customers over the phone, building rapport, and setting appointments. Candidate will take detailed notes with each call and disposition calls accordingly.

Responsibilities:
• Prospect and contact potential sellers over the phone using our company dialer service. Script will be provided.
• Set appointments using our company CRM/Scheduling Service
• Maintain accurate notes and activity log
• Attend weekly meeting for ongoing training and to discuss weekly results

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication skills are a must, along with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
• Previous experience in either cold calling, sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
