We are a real estate investment company looking to add to our team an outstanding and dynamic communicator to make calls to hot leads that have shown interest in selling their home. We need someone with great communication skills, tremendous energy and empathy, and the ability to build rapport and establish real communication to truly understand the seller’s needs. We want someone that knows real estate and is able to skillfully work with the prospective sellers to understand their situation and solve their problem.
Your job will be to make calls to hot leads, build rapport, understand seller’s needs, qualify their motivation, and with negotiation get the properties under contract for a pre-determined price.
You will be using our Vumber account to make all phone calls and are expected to manage all lead follow-up in our database which is around 30 calls a week. This will be a part-time, 10 hour per week position. This position has potential to grow into a full-time management position.
You will be required to submit daily activity reports, and in addition to daily status reports, we will talk at least once per week to discuss your work and learn what support you need to work optimally. Scripts and training materials to be provided on startup. You must have a quality computer, fast, reliable internet access (10+ megabytes per second), a quiet, professional place to work, and the ability to make calls to the United States via our Vumber account.

Responsibilities:
Manage leads in our company's database and follow up with prospects immediately or at the scheduled time.
Talk with distressed sellers who want to sell their house fast for cash.
Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get the contract signed.
Must be able to follow company's closing script.
