Candidate requirements:

1. Must be proficient in customer and query handling skills. (English)
2. Must be available on phone and email and online meeting, a minimum of 7 hrs of login / work hours with 1 hr break.
3. Must be professional and punctual.
4. weekly 5 days work (Mon-Fri) and weekend off.
5. Must have a calm ambience to dedicate for calling and work.
6. Must able to achieve targets.
