Appointment Setter / Lead Manager

Overview:

Join our team! We are looking for a part-time appointment setter. You will be on the front lines receiving calls from our prospective customers, and qualifying them for our sales teams to make cash-offers to.
We are looking for someone to:

--Answer our incoming leads (calls),
--Be an active listener with our customers (asking questions),
--Qualify those leads based on those conversations, to see if they are interested in a cash offer,
--Schedule that qualified customer for a phone appointment with our sales team, and
--Input that lead info into our CRM software, for our sales team to follow up with and close deals.

No cold calling involved.

This role is someone who is a really good/active listener, can read phone cues and ask great questions, is detail oriented, diligent and reliable. English as a native language.

The role has flexible hours/location (as long as all calls are answered, appointments scheduled, and leads input), and can be done 100% from home (high speed internet and phone are required).

This role is part time, but has the potential to grow to full time, with benefits, based on performance.

Pay

Pay is hourly ($10/hour), plus bonus based on performance (for each deal closed).

I am an experienced real estate investor, who buys houses in Columbus, OH (distressed properties or sellers) for cash, and flips them. This is a brand new company (but same as my past business), that will be growing rapidly.
