Currently seeking a sales rep to assist with cold calling leads to prescreen properties to purchase. We buy and sell distressed properties and we work with Motivated Sellers who need to solve problems with their challenging properties.

- Must be able to recognize motivated sellers versus non motivated sellers
- Experience Wholesaling, Real Estate is a huge plus
- Cold Calling
