Real Estate Lead Manager / Appointment Setting

About Us: Texas Ideal Properties is real estate investment company. We buy houses directly from homeowners in as-is condition in the Houston and surrounding areas.

Available position: Cold Caller / Real Estate Lead Manager

Job Description: The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and reliable, responsible for calling prospective customers over the phone, building rapport, and setting appointments. Candidate will take detailed notes with each call and disposition calls accordingly.

Job Type: Part-time

Responsibilities:
• Prospect and contact potential sellers over the phone using our company dialer service. Script will be provided.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity log
• Attend weekly meeting for ongoing training and to discuss weekly results

Requirements:
• Speak fluent English with a clear / native accent
• Excellent verbal communication skills are a must, along with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
• Previous experience in either cold calling, sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Must be patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Set own schedule while maintaining 15 - 20 hours per week calling quota
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a Plus, but not required

Experience:
• Cold Calling: Minimum 1 year (Required)
• Real Estate industry knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT & CONDITIONS
• Working, reliable computer
• Reliable internet connection
• Noise-cancelling, professional headset
• Work station must be located in a quiet environment without distractions
