Leads Manager

The Green Team is looking for friendly, committed, and trainable people to add to our real estate team. You will be following up with appointments that have been set for you to speak with open minded homeowners who are seeking a property transaction.

We will train you! We have an easy script that can help get you at least 1-2 contracts per! This position is a hourly rate + bonus pay per contract (bi-weekly paychecks always paid on-time). This is a long term position.

Responsibilities:
• Call on warm and hot leads that are provided to you.
• Present the homeowner with our pricing by following our script.
• Manage leads by tracking and following up on them in our CRM.
• Additional duties as assigned.

We have employees within our company that started as a Sales Associate and have moved into Acquisitions Specialist. We love promoting from within.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (preferred)
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Experience in customer service (preferred)
• Most importantly - Reliable!

Work Schedule (Full-time):
• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm PST)
