Needs to hire 2 Freelancers for outbound calls

my real estate investing company is expanding rapidly and looking to grow our team. We have a system that allows you to reach out to homeowners directly to gauge their interest in selling their properties. We show you exactly what you need to say to have a meaningful conversations.

What we are looking for:
Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up for work
Language Skills - MUST speak clear English. Native/proficient fluency in Spanish a major plus
Tech savvy - Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web based applications (but it's basically point and click), has worked with Calltools
Typing skills - Must be able to type notes in a lead sheet while on the phone with prospects...
Positive Attitude - People who will excel in this position are versatile, coachable, and open to constructive criticism to improve rapidly
***Previous cold calling at least 3 years, appointment setting and telemarketing experience is a huge PLUS!***
