Inbound Call Representative (Real Estate Industry - Bilingual/Spanish Speaking)

Seeking a professional Inbound Call Representative with strong experience in customer service and appointment setting. Must be comfortable and proficient with handling 15 - 20 inbound calls per hour, dealing with dismissive behavior and unswayed by rejection. Must show ability to operate company's CRM upon completion of 1 week training (Paid training).

BONUS PAY POTENTIAL: In addition to hourly rate, an additional $50 bonus for each appointment converted into a sale.

NOTE: Hourly pay is paid out on 1st and 15th of the month. Bonus pay (If qualified, is paid out on the 15th of the following month from sale date).

Potential Advancement to VA Lead Manager position is available. Promotion is based off 6 month work performance in regards to appointment booking #'s, professionalism, work ethic, quality of work, punctuation and consistency with work schedule and dependability and proficiency to perform role.

Candidate must be assertive, confident and committed. Mandatory Phone lists and call script(s) will be provided.


Additional Skills Required:

Proficient w/Microsoft Word, Excel/Google Sheets, & Online Google Cloud.
Bilingual Spanish/English speaking Required.
