Cold caller and lead follow up.

I am a real estate investor in Texas,and I need an organized ,self-motivator to assist me in my new real estate business. You will be asked to call potential sellers,make calls and emails to find vacant property owners from property skip traces and track/communicate results to me via Skype or email (Xcel spreadsheets). I offer performance-based incentives ($100-200 ) per lead generated by the Outbounder that results in a property purchase for my company. Must have excellent English communication skills,and be detail-oriented. I am looking for 15 hrs a week to start,and will likely increase over time.
