Real Estate Cold Calls – Motivated sellers. Prefer familiarity with TTP Method/Scripts

I am looking for a cold caller for real estate. You will be calling sellers to see if they would like to sell their homes. The main priorities are to find out if they are interested in selling their home and assess their motivation. The calls are for a real estate investor, not an agent. We are looking to find sellers who want to sell their houses quickly. Motivation is crucial to determine the ability to get the property at a discount.

Familiarity with Brent Daniel’s Talk to People (TTP) method and script is preferred.
