Looking for a very sharp, detail oriented, determined cold calling agent for a real estate services company to make outbound calls to prospective customers. Must be willing to work USA PST time hours. The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Must be accountable and report to work based on agreed upon schedule (USA Pacific Time) - Preferred hours (10 - 2 PM, 4-7:30 PM M-TH, and 10 - 12PM Sat)
- Must absolutely have perfect English (preferred if you can also speak Spanish) and know the US culture in order to be able to have effective conversations with homeowners.
- Must be able to provide insights on how to make improvements periodically and be able to be regularly coached.
- Must have prior sales experience with proven success
- Must be personable, happy, energetic, enthusiastic and be ready to work hard to make things happen
- Ideally candidate must be committed to excellence
