Looking for a sharp, detail oriented, determined cold calling agent for a real estate company seeking to buy homes. Agent will make outbound calls to prospective customers using software provided. 5 hrs a week to start. The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Must have prior sales experience.
- Must be accountable and report to work based on an agreed upon schedule. Preferred hours are 10-2 PM M-Th; 4-7:00 PM M-Th; 10 AM – 12 PM Sat or 4-6 PM Sun, Eastern USA time.
- Must absolutely have perfect English (preferred if you can also speak Spanish), and know the US culture in order to be able to have effective conversations with homeowners.
- Must be excited to learn and improve their skills.
- Must be personable, energetic, enthusiastic and be ready to work hard to make things happen.
This job will start at about 5 to 10 hours a week and, with good results, could ramp up to 20 or 40 hours if you chose.
