Our premier real estate investment firm is seeking a super sharp, master negotiation specialist, who can produce results and close deals on a regular basis.

? Has experience in the Real Estate industry, but not needed
? Previous sales experience outside of real estate in the following industries is highly regarded; roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, pest control, lawn care, telecom, and automobile sales.
? Bilingual in English and Spanish, not needed but highly welcomed.
This person understands success comes through hard work and consistency. They are coachable and always trying to improve themselves by reading books (or audiobooks), watching videos, listening to podcasts, reading blogs or whatever means necessary. This candidate is a fast starter, is extremely money motivated and is looking for the right opportunity to use their people skills and negotiating to build a lasting career with a great company. This person doesn’t whine or make excuses, point fingers or lay blame, they get results and are proud of it. They take responsibility for their actions, regardless of the outcome.

? Talk to motivated sellers, you will qualify the sellers and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties.
? When you are not talking to a new motivated seller, you will be following up with your old leads and trying your best to convert them into deals.
? Build massive rapport with our sellers to find their TRUE reason for selling, and what problem you can solve by buying their home.
? Occasionally make calls cold calls for a set time per week, to develop new leads for the company.
? Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially.
? Must use our Podio CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed.
? Communicate effectively with management
? Produce Self-generated leads when out in the field
? Weeknight and Saturday appointments will occasionally be required.

? Proven track record of successful negotiating skills.
? Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals..
? Fast, reliable laptop or desktop computer for home office.
? Comfortable working from home, and managing your time effectively.
? Willingness to work after normal business hours in order to close deals and get prepared for the following day.
? Have a quiet home office away from distractions.
? Confidence in talking to someone you are meeting for the first time, like you have been lifelong friends. You MUST be an extrovert to strive in this position.
Yearly Compensation (100% commission)
This is a commission only 1099 outside sales position.
