We buy and sell distressed houses in the Michigan Market and are currently seeking an outbound cold calling expert. Excellent long term opportunity for the right individual to grow with our company. Must have prior sales and lead generation experience preferably in the real estate industry. We provide the data and scripts and you are responsible to make outbound calls to find motivated sellers. Skip tracing skills would be beneficial. Positive outgoing personality, team oriented, must have reliable phone system and communication.
We pay a base rate of $5 per hour plus bonuses on properties that we acquire.
