Rapid Response Lead Management

Rapid Response inbound sales is a key position reporting to Revenue Management. This position will be focused on electronic inbound inquiries/leads for current Casago marketplaces. The primary responsibilities are to build up the interest and close all electronic inbound inquiries, reservation requests, and answer questions in the services, rates, and fees of all Casago properties. Examples of inbound leads Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Expedia. The major expectation is to increase the revenue for the company by closing sales over electronic communication.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

• Respond to all inbound leads by utilizing Casago Sales Process.
• Creativity and innovation are a must.
• Identify new revenue opportunities.
• A clear understanding of all Casago marketplaces, properties, and uniqueness of each home/resort.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees and owners.
• Become very familiar with all distribution channels.
• Become familiar and advise revenue management on market trends.
• Strong communication with each property management team member on each reservation made.
• Analyze the client's requirements after electronic conversation with them and recommend property/properties that will match their needs. No denials.
• Keep track of potential customers and their requirements.
• Take follow up of all inbound inquiries and questions.
• Ensure a premium level of client satisfaction in every interaction.
• Be a Superstar Closer.
