Lead Manager

Real estate investment company that buys houses directly from homeowners in as-is condition.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers and setting appointments. Candidate will take detailed notes with each call.

Requirements:
• Speak fluent English with a clear / native accent
• Excellent verbal communication skills are a must, ability to build rapport with clients
• Previous experience in either cold calling, sales, customer service, or related fields
• Must be patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a Plus, but not required

Experience:
• Cold Calling: Minimum 1 year (Required)
• Real Estate industry knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
