We run a consultancy firm selling consulting and decision support services to healthcare companies. We are looking for telesales person. We intend to work with few 'right persons' on a regular basis. In the past, we have worked with the right people for 2 years. To start, you will have 5 hours per week (1 hour every day- Monday to Friday). If you prove to be a reliable and consistent agent, you will get more hours.
Calling prospects to see if they are interested in our services, fixing telecon appointments, following up with whom we have been in touch and where we submitted proposals. We will provide a list of contacts, would brief you, give you a basic script and share the prospecting email.
Proficient telephone and IT skills, make things happen, a basic understanding of life sciences or ability to quickly grasp things, honest and diligent. Freelancer must have good client sense and must put client interest first.
You need to talk to prospects. You communicate with us in real-time, update the contacts list and send this back at the end of the day. Use Odialer to make calls to the US and X-lite to call Europe, and be available for chat on Skype in real-time. The number of calls made per hour and the number of meetings generated are the key performance indicators.
Please DO NOT apply if you don't deliver work after accepting, don't follow instructions, are not efficient 'real-time' communicator, not IT savvy, fabricate answers, make excuses, don't show up, lie, have internet and power problems, etc. The rate for the role is mentioned in the advert, so apply only if you are willing to work at that rate. Bonus- for good candidates, we would ask you to attend the meeting over the phone and we would pay for those hours too.
