There's two part to this position
This is for someone who is experienced In real estate
1st.This position is for someone who is experienced on the phone and talking to sellers and making offers , need to be able to handle objections with the seller , know how to run comps and send out contracts, also needs to have experience working with podio crm.
2nd.Need to be good with knowing out Kpi's , keeping track of our data , like number of offers that are sent out and going over each lead with me directly.
