We will provide you with tools and training you need to succeed in this role.

Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, cold calling and coordination of future calls and gauging the potential sellers motivation.
- Handling inbound leads.
-Setting follow up appointments and future calls
-Determine the motivation of the homeowner
-Having great communications skills; building rapport with motivated sellers.
-Being meticulous about note-taking and send clear notes
