Lead
Qualify incoming calls
Import leads into CRM system
Set appointments
Follow up and nurture clients till contract
Produce correct/update lead tracker
Managing client and vendors relationship for loan approval process
Conduct virtual showings
Meet weekly/monthly/ yearly goals

Transaction

Coordinate listing: cleaning, staging, photographer, lockbox, yard sign, setting up listing on MLS
Maintain relationship with clients and obtain necessary info from clients to close
Scheduling of appointments, coordinating inspections, ordering any necessary service for closing
Gather reviews from clients via video, company’s online platforms, or email
Ask for referrals
Manage client’s appreciation program
Meet weekly/monthly/ yearly goals

Office tasks
Administrative work includes but not limit to:
• Maintaining client, vendor database
• Ordering supplies
Coordinate events

Hours: Monday-Saturday: 9am-2pm or 2pm-7pm, and every other Sunday 1-4pm. CENTRAL TIME (CST)

Requirements:
Professional Skills: Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Acrobat Pro. CRM and task management apps. Multitasker. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be a Licensed Realtor or have previous sale skills. Be familiar or willing to learn Houston and surrounding areas.
