Need Outbounders To Handle Warm Lead Followup/Sales Process For Our Real Estate Investment Company
We are looking for a candidate who can handle inside sales for our real estate investment company. We generate an average of 10-20 leads per day in our market and need someone who is driven, charasmatic, empathetic, and ready to grow with a company long term.
Your duties in this position will include:
- Being the first and main point of contact with our warm lead sellers who are already interested in selling their property to us.
-Collecting information on the property and the owner's situation.
-Determining a rough idea of the property's valuation (and having it approved by our sales manager)
-Organizing leads in our CRM.
-Managing follow-up with past leads
-Making offers to seller leads in our database
-Sending purchase agreements to sellers when our offers are accepted.

This position is hourly PLUS commission with a high income potential.
