We are seeking a Cold Caller to join our Top Producing Real Estate team within ROI Group!
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and reliable, responsible for calling prospective customers over the phone, building rapport, and setting appointments. The candidate will take detailed notes with each call and disposition calls accordingly.
Prospect and contact potential sellers over the phone using our company dialer service. The script will be provided.
Set appointments using our company CRM/Scheduling Service
Maintain accurate notes and activity log
Attend weekly meetings for ongoing training and to discuss weekly results
Excellent verbal communication skills are a must, along with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
Previous experience in either cold calling, sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
