Our company is looking for someone to do phone prospecting for us.
We are looking for 8 hours of work per day Monday - Friday to start with potential to advance in position. If you love talking to people on the phone, then this is a great position for you.
Position will require you to set & confirm appointments with interested prospects, verifying prospect business information, and answering emails.
Most of the day will be spent using a predictive dialer for establishing interest in our service. These call will be placed to business owners during business hours ( U.S Pacific Time Zone ). The rest of the day (no more than 2 hours, but no less than 1 hour a day) will be spent training, reviewing calls recordings, and improving your skill set.
The script and ongoing training will be provided plus you will get access to our online training platform. We are here to help you succeed.
Here are the qualifications, we’re looking for:
- Candidate must be fluent in English, both oral and written. No exceptions. Our primary market is the US but we also have clients in
UK, Canada and Australia.
- Good working computer with really good fast internet connection.
- Good working headset and that works well with your computer.
- Phone interview to follow for qualified candidates.
Position responsibilities would include:
Make outbound calls to find interested prospects. There’s no long list of qualifications, just a few simple questions to ask.
Great attitude in dealing with customers. We keep our people happy, customers and staff, but some of the people on the phone
can be negative to deal with.
Must be focused, flexible, optimistic, great attitude, and willing to grow with us. Need to be able to take initiative and improvise as needed, as we change and improve our systems regularly.
This is an hourly paid position with potential for advancement within our company.
Here is the script I want you to read for us:
"Hi Caroline, This is [YOUR_FIRST_NAME]. I’m calling back about sending you some referrals from homeowners in [YOUR_CITY]. To be clear Caroline, this is not something like Home Advisor or Thumbtack. Give me a call back and we can take 2 minutes to go over it. My direct line is 503-278-5599. Thanks"
