We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Executive having experience in US sales, to contribute to setting appointments for the company. An effective IT Sales Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Basic knowledge of web and mobile technologies is preferred although not mandatory
Building a qualified pipeline of opportunities through cold calls, marketing qualified leads, targeted warm account prospection and conversion of inbound leads.
Incorporating knowledge of our products and services, the customer, and key competitors into the sales process and using that knowledge to uncover customer needs and generate demand.
Ideal Candidate Description
Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role- preferably for Web and Mobile Development Agency*
Must have the U.S, British (or) neutral accent *
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone* *
Basic knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems* * ( training will be provided)
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects* * ( training will be provided)
Excellent knowledge of English* *
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* *
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection* *
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints*
Telemarketing Appointment Setting Rate 10%*
Average Time Spent on Calls. 7 Minutes* *
Average Telemarketing Calls per Hour. 8* *
