Qualifications:

I'm looking for professional phone agents with great communication skills, friendly and pleasant voices on the phone, keen attention to details and individuals who are highly organized.

Good Interpersonal Skills (able to have a friendly chat) This is a telemarketer position.

Can easily Adapt (adapt easily to different environment, and adjust myself to any given situation)

Must meet basic requirements with oral English proficiency.

Prospecting/lead generation through cold calling and texting clients.

Appointment setting

Nurturing leads through follow up calls or messages

Experience working with a real estate investor is highly preferred

Bonus Payment with every deal you help close.

May be assigned with admin tasks such as list management and skip tracing

Must be available US Daytime hours (Central) and can start immediately

I'm looking for 2 part time employees that will become full time after training is completed.
