We are looking for a candidate who can handle outbound calls for our real estate investment company.
We generate an average of 5-10 leads per week in our markets that we are doing business in.
We our representatives to be someone who is a hustler and is ABLE TO MAKE 100 calls per day on a auto dialer!!!!.
We will start you off at $5.00 and after 6 months there will be a raise.
Plus any of your lead that you submit, and we close.
You will get an $100.00 bonus on top of your paycheck.
Pay out is every Monday to your bank account in your country.
Qualifications:
1. You must speak English well and fluently.
2. You must be able to have a conversation with our leads to explain who we are and what we do.
3. Rapport building skills is a must
4. You must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (10mbps minimum).
5. Preferred experience in using call tools like Xencall and podio Web Form. And if not then no worries, we will train you.
This role does require a reliable internet connection, working computer, quiet working
environment free from distractions and a noise cancelling headset. This is a work from home/remote position.
