Inbound Lead Manager Wanted For Growing Real Estate Company!

I am looking to hire a superstar lead processor for my real estate company.

If you got selected for the job, here is what the daily tasks would look like.

-Answer phone calls live.
-Gather information on the prospect to set the next step in the sales process.
-Run a basic report on the value of property
-Input leads into the CRM.
-Call back any missed calls/voicemails
-Reply to any online form submissions
-Send text messages & reply to text messages.
-Report the daily numbers into a spreadsheet.

You need to have crystal clear English.

That is a must.

If your English is not crystal clear, please don't apply.

You also need to be committed to daily work consistently.

You're expected to be consistent with your work.

You need to be in a place where you can answer a phone live and reply to other types of leads very quickly.

This part is critical to job success.

You also need to have some experience doing sales via the phone.

If you've never talked to prospects before & don't like rejection, please don't waste your time applying.

Real estate experience is not required but is a bonus.

I'm also looking for someone who wants to work this role over the long term.

You'll have the opportunity to grow with an up and coming real estate company & receive bonuses for performance when deals close.

My company buys and sells real estate in New York and California so you'll be working on two time zones.

Eastern and Pacific.

In the beginning, this job would start at 3 or 4 hours per day and as I see a performance increase, I will give more hours.


I will provide all the training you need via videos that are how to do all the tasks.

You also need to not be afraid of making mistakes.

Even though I will train you and provide training videos, most of your learning will come from doing the work and making mistakes.
