I'm looking for a highly driven sales and negotiation expert! You will follow-up warm leads as well as cold call leads from a targeted list. We search sites such as craigslist, Zillow, Redfin, etc., and run social media ads to source leads. You are free to use whatever creative marketing methods you would like to source leads if you wish. Otherwise, you will be expected to follow up and document communications with the prospect. We are a small company, for now, so you will be a very close member of the team.
Experience in commission based work preferred, and experience with real estate A MUST.
The independent contractor will work between 15-20 hours per week (Flexible)
This position is 100% commission based with bonuses at Senior level Acquisition.
Jr. Acquisition (Training)
Paid 7% of the assignment fee. There is no cap on how much you can make. You will get paid on the day the deal closes, and funds distributed through the title company. After your first two deals have closed within 30 days from each other (or 2 deals in one month), you will then be promoted, to a Senior level Acquisition manager.
Assignment Fee
$1,000- $19,999- 7% fee
$20,000-$29,999- 7% fee
$30,000-$39,000- 7% fee
$40,000-$49,000- 7% fee
$50,000 or more- 10% fee
**Must get at least 1 contract within the first 30 days of hire. Must maintain 1 contract per month minimum.**
Senior Acquisition (Pro)
Paid 10% of the assignment fee + BONUS
Once Pro the level is reached, the acquisitions member must obtain a minimum of 2 deals a month (within 30 days) to keep pro-level standing. You will be awarded a bonus that increases based on the total fee amount. If you can get 3 contracts to close within 30 days, you will be bumped to 10% commission for all 3 fees, + any other bonus achievements accumulated.
Assignment Fee
$1,000- $19,999- 10% fee
$20,000-$29,999- 10% fee + $300 Bonus
$30,000-$39,000- 10% fee + $600 Bonus
$40,000-$49,000- 10% fee + $1000 Bonus
$50,000 or more- 10% fee + $2000 Bonus
Tasks: Make contact with prospects, pitch, make offers, set appointments, negotiate, fill contracts, run numbers. (light office duties)
We are looking for someone very skilled in sales, has experience in real estate, and is great at negotiating. You must also have a desktop/laptop, reliable internet, and the ability to make calls. The software we use will be provided for you. Back up equipment preferred (laptop, wifi, phone, ect.)
You will also be prioritized if you are bilingual in English/Spanish
