10% commissions on the sale of real estate sold over the phone in the US we have the warm leads. We just need you to close them.

Phone Sales Closer (One call close) – Warm Leads
Are you looking to blaze a trail to making a six-figure income?
Our local real estate company is looking for an outstanding world-class one-call closer sales professional. In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing warm residential property seller appointments over the phone. You’ll be expected to seal the deal on the first phone call on a daily basis, as you meet with 3 to 5 pre-qualified warm leads a day.
This competitive and highly rewarding role is ideal for a highly self-motivated sales professional that has been formally trained in sales and closing techniques. It is handsomely compensated by an uncapped 100% commission structure. All leads have been prescreened. Responsibilities
• Close phone appointments set by the appointment setter by building rapport with clients over the phone
• Negotiate a preliminary buy estimate with homeowners over the phone.
• Nurture and building a pipeline of leads

Breakdown of the time projected to be spent on major activities in this role.
• 60% - Taking new existing phone appointments (warm leads) set by the appointment setter.
• 15% - Following up with hot leads in the pipeline that are very interested, but was not closed on the first appointment
• 15% - Updating CRM, researching property online, working with transaction coordinator and backend sales associate
• 10% - Assessing the property for repair cost (quick 7-minute assessment), checking e-mail, team standup meeting, etc.
Qualifications
• Must have a hunter’s mentality
• Must have strong experience with one call close and overcoming objections
• Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting
• Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using SPIN selling and various sales techniques to 'always be closing'
• Currently earning good commission and now looking to further increase earnings
• Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field
• Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind and flexibility in approach
• Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills
• Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
• Real estate license if NOT required

International Compensation:
• PHP 1,586,409 /year+ (Philippines Compensation)
• Mex$ 652,242 /year+ (Mexico Compensation)
• Q 256,363 /year+(United States compensation)
• USD $30,000 /year+(United States compensation)
