Generating leads

We are a small real estate investment company and we need a Lead generator that can speak fluent English, preferably with no accent.

We are looking for someone who have good emotional intelligence and can have high level conversations with prospects in order to connect better and create chemistry / trust with prospects in order to gather the basic information, and set the appointments with our sales specialist.

We will provide the systems and training required for your success with us. We are looking for someone who have a positive mindset and the desire and the hunger to learn and grow with our company for the long run, we are looking for high quality people that we can invest our time and resources into and hopefully promote them into Sales specialist with much higher rates and commissions.

The daily tasks will include:
1. Cold calling and Texting leads to gather specific qualifying information.
2. Set call appointments with our sales specialist
3. Admin tasks: Skip tracing, Online marketing, and so.
