Real Estate Lead Manager

We are looking for a virtual assistant with a general knowledge of real estate and fluent/bilingual in English to take the role of our lead manager. Our company specializes in residential real estate acquisitions in the US. The following outlines the duties and qualities of the position:

- Conduct seller lead qualification phone calls within 5-10 minutes of receiving lead through CRM.
- Will be the second point of contact after our cold calling agent makes contact and lead is interested in selling their property.
- Setting property appointments and/or follow-up calls for our acquisitions manager.
- Gather in-depth property details throughout the lead qualification interview.
- Researching property data and finding correct records.
- Regularly communicate with sales team and attend a weekly virtual sales meeting
- Follow-up with leads via text and phone calls
