We are a Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas based real estate company, looking to buy properties in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
I'm currently looking for a few cold-callers to call our prospects and gauge their interest in selling their homes. This job is best suited for someone who is customer-service oriented, has a thick skin and can handle rejection, and has a drive to work in a competitive environment where we offer performance bonuses for outstanding work done!
This job requires stable internet with speeds of at least 10mbps, a computer, a headset that is hardwired, and a quiet place to work.
We will be using a call dialer to call prospects and a webform to put all leads in.
Must speak good english and if can speak spanish that is a plus.
Must have great communication and listening skills
Must have a great attitude
Must work 40 hours a week
Must work on USA Time Zone (CST)
Starting pay is $3 an hour but I offer a lot of incentives/commission! Commision will be based on any leads you provide, any contracts we have signed and any deals we close on!
