Real Estate - outbound caller

We are in the real estate business in the U.S.
We are looking for a long term (part-time) caller with quality communication skills.


Job description:
Call back/Cold Call to potential leads about properties they are selling and make offers on the phone.
You will get tools to know what will be the offer.
We use Podio as CRM to manage all the leads and processes.
We use Skype and Vumber to make the calls.
We provides scripts and trainings to work with the systems.



Requirements:
* Fluent speaking English.
* Must have strong sales & communication skills.
* Experienced in Real estate for this type of work.
* Experience with Podio.
* Experience with Propstream
