Your responsibility:
Generate Buyer Leads via social media, Craigslist and any applicable online channels.
Qualify incoming calls and identify hot leads
Set appointments and conduct virtual showings
Follow up and nurture clients till contract
Update tracker and scoreboard
Managing client and vendors relationship for loan approval process
Gather reviews from clients via video, company’s online platforms, or email
Ask for referrals
Requirements:
Professional Skills: Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Acrobat Pro and kvCore. CRM and task management apps. Multitasker. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be a Licensed Realtor or have previous sale skills. Be familiar or willing to learn Houston and surrounding areas.
People skill: friendly, flexible, hardworking, quick to learn new tech tools and responsible.
Equipment: Smart Phone, reliable high-speed internet, up to date computer with dual screens.
