Brief description:

The position of call center agent (outbound telemarketing & Sales) consists of using cold calling techniques on prospects looking to sell their properties.


Tasks:

Work from home, remote job
Adjust cold call scripts to better target the needs and interests of the specific homeowner
Making calls to motivated homeowners
Understanding and knowledge of Calltools or REISift
Deposition each record (prospects) properly
Building rapport and gathering vital information about the property
Passing information collected from talking to sellers to your acquisitions manager or (you)
Making 500-700 calls per day is the quota
Help us close on 2 properties per month
Follow up with any missed calls or voicemails in a timely manner
Fill out the daily cold caller tracker in google sheets
