Real Estate Cold Caller

Call a list of home owners and ask if they are interested in selling their home to a real estate investor. The goal of the company is to help sellers that are looking to sell their home fast for cash and not have to do any work or repairs. The caller will have a script to go off of in order to qualify the seller. If the seller seems interested in receiving an all cash offer, the caller will then pass the sellers information along to the Employer for further qualification. LARGE BONUS FOR CONVERTED LEADS (Percentage of Profits).
