Inside Sales Agent Is Now Needed

RRM is now hiring an inside sales agent to make calls to set appointments for our real estate and mortgage agents.

We are looking for a candidate that is not afraid to pick up the phone and start dialling. Have a pleasant personality and are ready to make 80 calls per hour using Mojo or other phone dialers.

Your responsibility will include screening new leads to move them down the pipeline and calling on past clients to get them active.

As we focus on results, at the end of the day, how many appointments you book and how many interested clients you connect with license agent will use to measure your performance.

We are interested in an experienced candidate that can hit the ground running since we are not providing any training. All we will provide is reliable resources and supports.

Critical skills that required to consider for this position;
Have experience using Mojo and other phone diallers.
Have experience calling just listed, just sold, and sales by owner’s leads.
Calls on new buyers and refinance leads.
Having experience in using real estate and mortgage industry CRM.
